Another random use of space. Posted by Picasa

Underneath the cemetary were little corridors that always led to a statue like this one. Posted by Picasa

So it was dark and water was running and while you were trying to figure how to get out of the building with the dead people on top, you would turn a corner and BAM..another giant weeping statue. It was a little creepy. But very cool.

Underneath your feet water was running through the cracks between the stones. It was very dark too. Posted by Picasa

This was a huge cross in the middle and below the cemetary. All the holes in the wall have candles in them. (They weren't lit) Posted by Picasa

Flight Infomation Mix-up!

We had the wrong flight information!!! We thought that the plane was running late. Mom, Dad and Grandma went in one car and Lauren, Katie, Ethan and John's best friend Todd followed shortly after. Our group-the one with me in it, (lauren) rushed through the doors to get to the gate where Mom and Dad were waiting with Grandma. Sarah looked to her left and standing there was John all alone with his luggage around him. I ran to him and gave him a big hug and looked around for mom and dad. I asked him where they were and he explained that he hadn't seen them yet and that he had been waiting for 2 hours for someone to come get him. Katie ran to find Mom, Dad, and Grandma. I asked him why he didn't call and he said he did after bumming some quarters. We missed his calls-(although I am not sure how?!?!) Poor John after an 18 hour flight, a six hour layover, and a flight home from LAX flew in to Portland with no one there and waited 2 hours for us to get him! Posted by Picasa
