The first night we were there, they had a big fiesta for everyone. They had traditional Mexican dancers, mariachi bands, great food and they even let you pose for pictures with a donkey. It felt very authentic. (Although, later when we were downtown Cancun, I was disappointed that I saw no donkeys)
